With more than 20 years of experience in real estate leadership, Caroline Carrara is a respected industry executive known for building high-performing teams, upholding strong ethical standards, and elevating brokerage operations. Before joining Side, she served as Sales Manager and Broker Associate at Balistreri Real Estate in Fort Lauderdale, a boutique luxury firm affiliated with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World and Luxury Portfolio International, where she led and mentored a team of more than 45 agents.
Earlier in her career, Caroline spent many years at EWM Realty International, beginning in the Miami Beach office and later serving as VP and Managing Broker of the Las Olas office. Over the course of her tenure, she managed up to 75 agents at a time and mentored hundreds of professionals, helping shape agent development and performance in two of South Florida’s most competitive luxury markets.
