Will Wiard brings a wealth of experience to his role as Side’s Managing Broker of Washington D.C., Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, and Colorado. In the last 5 years, he’s brokered more than $2.5 billion in transactions, and for more than 17 years, he’s represented various residential and commercial clients, including third-party agencies and companies in the U.S. and overseas. He’s now focused on supporting the development of real estate associates and firms in the Washington Metropolitan area and East Coast regions.
Will was ranked as one of the 30 under 30 outstanding real estate professionals in the country by the National Association of REALTORSⓇ Magazine in 2017. He recently finished a six-year term on the Board of Directors for the Virginia REALTORSⓇ and serves on several state and local committees. He’s also a supporter of the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC), which backs political candidates across the country who understand and support REALTOR® interests. He holds a B.A. in Art and Visual Technology from George Mason University.
