Molly McKenna is a seasoned real estate leader and marketing strategist with over a decade of experience helping agents and brokerages grow with clarity, consistency, and a touch of humor. With a bachelor’s in journalism and a master’s in marketing, she brings a rare blend of storytelling, systems thinking, and strategic insight to every interaction.
Molly spent eight years as Director of Operations at an Austin-based RE/MAX franchise (later rebranded as Pure Realty), where she led the brokerage through significant growth, a full rebrand, and day-to-day support for over 170 agents. In 2018, she was recognized as the National RE/MAX Recruiter of the Year, a testament to her expertise in attracting talent, building high-performing teams, and designing impactful onboarding and training programs.
Molly has been at Side for just over three years, working with top-producing agents and teams to streamline operations, elevate marketing strategies, and build scalable systems. She’s also deeply focused on the future of the industry – digging into the power of AI and leading educational initiatives that help partners leverage ChatGPT to save time, work smarter, and stay ahead of the curve.
Outside of work, you’ll find her walking her rescue pup Max, tending to her ever-growing plant collection, or planning a national park road trip with her husband Corey – all while slipping Taylor Swift lyrics into casual conversation.
