Kevin Gioia is the Managing Broker of Kentucky and Ohio for Side. He brings to the role 15 years of experience as a licensed real estate professional. Having sold over 1,000 homes, Kevin has earned a reputation for professionalism and client care.

Prior to selling residential real estate, Kevin started out in corporate real estate for JPMorgan Chase. Kevin graduated from San Diego State with a B.S. in finance.
