Johanna Bolick

Johanna “Joline” Bolick brings 24 years of real estate expertise to her role as Side’s Managing Broker of Kentucky. She’s worked extensively with residential, commercial and new construction properties.

She has vast experience in compliance and office management, and is excited to support Side partners and instill confidence in them as they launch and grow their new companies.

Johanna earned her B.S. in Hospitality Management from Florida International University. She’s an active member of her community, serving on the boards of several local organizations.
