You become a Builder when you help a top producer launch their own company on the Side platform by:

Nominating a prospective founder using the referral form.
- •
Making the introduction. After submitting the nomination, you’ll have 30 days to connect your prospect with a Side Ambassador and join their first call. From there, the Ambassador will guide your referral through the decision-making process.
If the agent decides to partner with Side, you’ll receive credit for the referral and earn Builder status — which lasts for one year and resets each time you introduce a new company to the platform.
