Don “Donnie” G. Pingaro II

As Managing Broker of Florida and VP of Florida Operations, Donnie leverages 31 years of real estate experience to help Side partners establish and grow their own local, boutique brands.

Prior to Side, he founded ISG Asia, Florida’s largest Mandarin-speaking sales team. And earlier in his career, he created Ocean Insiders, a luxury brand that serves Fisher Island, where he facilitated over 5,000 island transactions.

Donnie is the 2023 National Vice President and 2024 President-Elect for AREAA, the largest Asian trade association nationwide, and has previously served as Vice President at AREAA Global. He earned his MBA from the University of Miami.
