Caroline Carrara

With over 20 years of experience in real estate leadership, Caroline Carrara is a respected industry executive known for developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence, and elevating brokerage operations. Before joining Side, she served as Sales Manager and Broker Associate at Balistreri Real Estate in Fort Lauderdale, a boutique luxury brand affiliated with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World and Luxury Portfolio International. There, she led and mentored a team of more than 45 agents, focusing on strategic growth, ethical standards, and agent retention.

Caroline began her career at EWM Realty International in the Miami Beach office and was later promoted to VP, Managing Broker of the Las Olas office. At EWM — one of South Florida’s premier luxury real estate firms — she managed up to 75 agents at one time and mentored hundreds of professionals over two decades. Her leadership helped drive performance, agent development, and brand consistency in two of the region’s most competitive markets.

Caroline resides in Fort Lauderdale, where she enjoys the vibrant waterfront lifestyle, the area’s exceptional dining, and cultural events. She prides herself on nurturing strong professional and personal relationships and stays grounded through yoga and meditation — principles that guide both her leadership and life.
