Robert Ott was tired of having his name tied to someone else’s brand. He was looking for something different from what a traditional brokerage could offer him, “someone who lets us be who we want to be — all the time.”

He considered going out on his own, but wanted to be a part of something bigger than himself and needed more support to help him and his team of agents grow.

Then one phone call changed the course of his career.
