Kossev will support the growth of Side’s innovative brokerage-as-a-service model throughout Texas
Houston, Texas (August 22, 2023) — Side, the only real estate brokerage platform that helps top agents create and grow their own boutique companies, today announced that Katie Kossev has joined the company as managing broker of Texas. Kossev will support and guide Side partners as the company continues to grow its unique brokerage-as-a-service model throughout Texas.

Kossev brings to the role over 23 years of experience in residential real estate, 15 of which were focused specifically on brokerage management. She has held esteemed positions that include vice president and managing broker at a Houston brokerage firm and director at the Houston Association of REALTORS®.
Most recently, Kossev has served as CEO and co-owner, along with her husband Veso Kossev, of The Kossev Group, a business consulting firm that specializes in helping real estate professionals grow their businesses through coaching and navigate going out on their own. A highly sought-after keynote speaker, Kossev is well-known for her ongoing work as moderator and emcee for Inman Connect, one of the leading annual events for the residential real estate industry.
